The design for The Facilities Management and Civil Defense building located in Wadi Safar, a picturesque natural region located west of the Saudi capital, Riyadh. As an important part of the Community Assets, Wadi Safar FM Building / Police / Civil Defense are essential and vital Assets. With one main aim to cater for security, life safety and Facility Management, contributing to the magnificence of Wadi Safar offerings, through out a journey in a luxurious Najdi experience. Set in the center of wadi safar in close proximity to all the ends of the development.
The FM facilities and the Civil Defense buildings are located in a semi enclosed area of the wadi. Steep escarpments surround the site giving it a level of privacy and protection from the rest of the Wadi.
This aspect of the site should be fully taken advantage of, to shield the visitors of the wadi to the unsightly elements and back of house areas of the facility from view.
