The Public Investment Fund (PIF) for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are developing the Masterplan for AMAALA located on the West Coast of Saudi Arabia on the Red Sea north of Al Wajh. The Project consists of three luxurious new resort destinations for ultra-high net worth individuals, Triple Bay, The Island and Miraya.
AMAALA sites will capitalize on the natural unspoilt land and seascape of the area, providing a unique experience that will be the foundation for the launch of a series of larger destinations attracting investors, developers and tourists from Saudi Arabia and beyond. PIF are focused on zero Environmental Impact to this unspoilt land and this must be the target for all Temporary and Permanent Works.
